NYC DOT Traffic & Sidewalk Plans
Drawings that keep the permit moving.
Maintenance and protection of traffic (MPT) plans, sidewalk and street closure drawings, and site logistics plans prepared by qualified professionals for DOT applications.

Sourced, scoped and scheduled.
Closing a lane or sidewalk, placing a container or setting a crane needs drawings the reviewer will accept. We gather your site details and schedule, coordinate the professional who prepares the plans, and handle revisions until the set is ready to file.

DOT Plans FAQ
Who prepares the plans?
Qualified professionals in our network. We coordinate the request, details and revisions.
Do I also need a permit?
Yes. The plans support the permit application. We can coordinate the permit too, see DOT Permits & Contractors.
Can plans cover several phases?
Yes. Share your phasing and we include it in the scope.
Is the price I get final?
We tell you clearly whether you have an estimate or a firm quote. A firm quote lists what is included, any delivery, access or duration charges, and how long it is valid. A price does not reserve a date until we confirm the booking with you.
Call us before your next project starts.
Tell us what you are building, where the job is, and when you expect to start. We will help organize a sourcing checklist, identify the right providers, and bring the next steps together.
Membership covers the support listed in your plan. Materials, delivery, rentals, testing, reports, training, and outside provider charges are separate.
Partner Supply provides sourcing and coordination support. The contractor remains responsible for running the project; qualified providers perform their respective services. Project-specific technical and compliance requirements are confirmed with the contractor’s licensed professionals.
