Post-Construction Cleaning
Ready for walkthrough and handover.
Rough, final and touch-up cleaning plus final debris removal, scheduled with cleaning crews around your punch list and handover date.

Sourced, scoped and scheduled.
The final clean is what the owner sees first. We time the cleaning to your last trades, confirm surfaces and finishes, and coordinate debris removal so the space is ready for walkthrough.

Post-Construction Cleaning FAQ
Should I book rough and final cleans together?
Often yes. Booking both up front makes scheduling easier and keeps the same crew.
What if the owner finds missed spots?
Tell us right away. We coordinate a touch-up with the provider based on what was agreed.
Do you clean occupied spaces?
Tell us about occupants and working hours, and we confirm the right crew and schedule.
Is the price I get final?
We tell you clearly whether you have an estimate or a firm quote. A firm quote lists what is included, any delivery, access or duration charges, and how long it is valid. A price does not reserve a date until we confirm the booking with you.
Call us before your next project starts.
Tell us what you are building, where the job is, and when you expect to start. We will help organize a sourcing checklist, identify the right providers, and bring the next steps together.

Partner Supply provides sourcing and coordination support. The contractor remains responsible for running the project; qualified providers perform their respective services. Project-specific technical and compliance requirements are confirmed with the contractor’s licensed professionals.
