Subcontractor Connections FAQ
Do you guarantee the subcontractor?
No. We help with introductions. You choose who to hire, and the subcontractor is responsible for their work.
Does this use membership credits?
Small introduction requests can use membership credits. The trade work itself is priced by the subcontractor.
Is the price I get final?
We tell you clearly whether you have an estimate or a firm quote. A firm quote lists what is included, any provider fees, and how long it is valid. Nothing is booked until you approve.
