Common questions

Line Protection & Insulation FAQ

Does Partner Supply install the covers?

No. Covers on utility lines are installed by the utility. We prepare the request, follow up and coordinate your schedule.

How long does the utility take?

It varies by utility and workload. We tell you the status at every step and flag delays early.

Is there a charge?

Utility charges, if any, are set by the utility. We show any coordination charge before you approve.

Is the price I get final?

We tell you clearly whether you have an estimate or a firm quote. A firm quote lists what is included, any delivery, access or duration charges, and how long it is valid. A price does not reserve a date until we confirm the booking with you.

Call us before your next project starts.

Tell us what you are building, where the job is, and when you expect to start. We will help organize a sourcing checklist, identify the right providers, and bring the next steps together.
