Preconstruction Survey & Condition Reports
Document conditions before work starts.
Condition surveys of your site and neighboring properties, monitoring, and other project-specific reports, organized before demolition or excavation starts.

Sourced, scoped and scheduled.
A clear record of existing conditions protects you when neighbors, owners or insurers raise questions later. We coordinate the inspection, arrange access to adjacent properties, and make sure the report format matches what your engineer, permit or insurer requires.
Your Project. Your Partner. Clear Pricing.
Send your request for pricing through WhatsApp or text. Straightforward requests can be reviewed quickly; custom services may need additional details or a site review.
For requests requiring a site review or custom scope, your Partner Supply contact will explain the next steps and keep you updated.

Preconstruction Reports FAQ
What if a neighbor won’t allow access?
The provider documents what’s visible from public areas and notes the refused access in the report. We keep you updated on every request.
Do I need monitoring or just a survey?
That depends on your engineer and permit conditions. Share their requirements and we’ll price exactly that.
How are reports delivered?
As PDFs with photos, sent through your conversation and to any recipients you name.
Is the price I get final?
We tell you clearly whether you have an estimate or a firm quote. A firm quote lists what is included, any delivery, access or duration charges, and how long it is valid. A price does not reserve a date until we confirm the booking with you.
Call us before your next project starts.
Tell us what you are building, where the job is, and when you expect to start. We will help organize a sourcing checklist, identify the right providers, and bring the next steps together.
Membership covers the support listed in your plan. Materials, delivery, rentals, testing, reports, training, and outside provider charges are separate.
Partner Supply provides sourcing and coordination support. The contractor remains responsible for running the project; qualified providers perform their respective services. Project-specific technical and compliance requirements are confirmed with the contractor’s licensed professionals.
