Soil Boring & Geotechnical Testing
Know what’s under the site.
Soil borings, test pits, percolation tests and lab testing, arranged with testing providers to your engineer’s requirements.

Sourced, scoped and scheduled.
Foundation design, drainage and excavation plans depend on what’s below grade. We take your engineer’s boring plan, confirm the rig can reach the locations, and coordinate drilling, sampling and reporting so results arrive when your design team needs them.

Soil Boring & Testing FAQ
Who decides how many borings I need?
Your engineer. We price and coordinate the work to their plan. If you don’t have a plan yet, we can tell you what to ask for.
Can borings be done inside an existing building?
Often, with limited-access equipment. Share photos of the access route so we can confirm.
Who receives the report?
The provider’s report is sent to you and, if you ask, to your engineer.
Is the price I get final?
We tell you clearly whether you have an estimate or a firm quote. A firm quote lists what is included, any delivery, access or duration charges, and how long it is valid. A price does not reserve a date until we confirm the booking with you.
Call us before your next project starts.
Tell us what you are building, where the job is, and when you expect to start. We will help organize a sourcing checklist, identify the right providers, and bring the next steps together.
Membership covers the support listed in your plan. Materials, delivery, rentals, testing, reports, training, and outside provider charges are separate.
Partner Supply provides sourcing and coordination support. The contractor remains responsible for running the project; qualified providers perform their respective services. Project-specific technical and compliance requirements are confirmed with the contractor’s licensed professionals.
