Land Surveying & Construction Stakeout
Know your lines before you dig.
Property, topographic and construction surveys, plus stakeout in the field, coordinated with licensed land surveyors around your start date.

Sourced, scoped and scheduled.
Your plans, permits and foundation all depend on accurate lines and elevations. We match your job to the right survey type, gather the documents the surveyor needs, and schedule field work so it’s done before excavation, not during it.

Surveying & Stakeout FAQ
Does Partner Supply do the survey?
No. Licensed land surveyors do the field work and sign the survey. We source the surveyor, organize the request and coordinate the schedule.
Can stakeout be done in phases?
Yes. Tell us the phases up front so the price covers each visit, or request re-stakes as the job moves.
How do I get the final documents?
Signed PDFs are sent to you through your conversation with us, and to your design team if you ask.
Is the price I get final?
We tell you clearly whether you have an estimate or a firm quote. A firm quote lists what is included, any delivery, access or duration charges, and how long it is valid. A price does not reserve a date until we confirm the booking with you.
Call us before your next project starts.
Tell us what you are building, where the job is, and when you expect to start. We will help organize a sourcing checklist, identify the right providers, and bring the next steps together.
Membership covers the support listed in your plan. Materials, delivery, rentals, testing, reports, training, and outside provider charges are separate.
Partner Supply provides sourcing and coordination support. The contractor remains responsible for running the project; qualified providers perform their respective services. Project-specific technical and compliance requirements are confirmed with the contractor’s licensed professionals.
